Looking good Rhett. 13 miles yesterday. Tough workout today. How do you do it?

From Smooth on Tue, May 04, 2010 at 13:01:08 from 174.23.172.155

So consistently smart and dedicated!

Burt, 13 miles has become my normal routine that my body is used to. Since I only run 3 days a week, I can push harder on my runs than if I ran more. I find that I can go all out in my cross training without causing any negative effects to my running.

Thanks Smooth. How are your legs feeling today?

Great workout bro. Looking strong. Cant wait to see you up here in Ut in a short month.

Rhett, As fast as you are, you are really going to smoke UVM. For the most part this is a gentle down hill marathon and it looks like it was designed just for you. If you can't get a Boston Qualifier that puts you in the first corral something is way wrong!!!!

From Rhett on Tue, May 04, 2010 at 17:17:13 from 74.32.222.202

Tom, I hope you are right. I plan on running this race hard, knowing I may crash before I hit the finish line. I want to use this experience to prepare me to run my fastest possible at SGM... if I get drawn.

From MarcE on Tue, May 04, 2010 at 22:48:02 from 204.16.82.120

Can't wait to see how you do at UVM! (Can I borrow your magic bracelet...please :)

Your run on Monday was AMAZING!!!! I can't believe your ascent and descent. WOW!!! Total first corral material!!! :)

Speaking of the bracelet ... what was the link again?? :)

From Kathie on Wed, May 05, 2010 at 13:31:33 from 63.248.105.188

Great goal to try and get in that first corral! I just want to get in the first corral of the second wave!

From Rhett on Wed, May 05, 2010 at 14:34:27 from 74.41.249.102

MarcE, I can't run fast without it. Sorry.

Teena, I think it is powerbalance.com

Kathie, you've got the speed to get to that first corral of wave 2. You just need a good day.
