20 minutes stair speed intervals-  2 minutes walking/ 3 minutes running

That is the first time I've done 3 minutes on the run interval.  Boy was that a lung burning, heart exploding, leg leadening last minute of each interval.

10 minutes elliptical to get my heart rate back under control.

2 miles TM 2% incline @ 8:00

 Core work

That has to be the best workout I've had in a few months.  It sure feels good to be done with it.

You definitely have a gift for working our HARD! Good job sweetie - even if they did have to mop up after you when you were done :-)

Nice job Rhett. What was your pace/incline on the 3 minute running interval? Or do you mean you were running on the stairs?

From Rhett on Fri, Mar 25, 2011 at 12:32:02 from 74.36.33.52

Mack, it is a machine with actual stairs that go around like a TM. I had it on the top speed for the running interval, but it doesn't tell what that is in mph.
