I ran on the trails the with Justin the last 13 miles of his 30 mile run this morning. It was a bit warm this morning. I'm impressed with how well he did with back to back long runs.

Yasir, you'll just have to move out here so you can run with us. :)
Unfortunately I just got to know Justin and he is moving in May. He's doing the Zion 100 miler in April so his tapering is about to start, so I don't know if I will run with him again before he moves.
