Lane had tubes put in his ears this morning, so I was on Dad duty with the other kids. I'll have to run tonight. I finally started my run around 7:30 tonight. I think they had the temperature set on "sauna" at the gym tonight. TM at 1% incline Warm up: 1 mile @8:00, 2 miles @ 7:30 Mile repeats with 2 minute walk breaks: First 3 @ 6:00 then I had to switch to 0% incline and 3 minute walk breaks for the last 3 but still @ 6:00. Cool down 1 mile @ 8:00 then 1 mile @ 7:30 Total: 12 miles I think I lost about 6 lbs in sweat.
