Glad you're feeling good. My back's feeling better, too.

Glad to hear your calves stayed sore until today. Mine have stayed sore until today too. I thought maybe that was a little excessive. I guess it is more normal than I thought.

Yahoo for the healthy calves!!! I bought myself a Tens 210T unit for home use. LOVE IT!!! Used it after the race and will likely use it again today.

Hey my calves were sore too! Usually it's my quads on races that get sore but the Painter's course has no steep downhill I guess!
. . . anyway, HI, nice to meet you, and ya that was me who was right by you when all those people cheered, , , I really didn't know them, funny, but every cheer helps! So ironic that right after you asked if I was the first lady that other chicka busted past me! She was strong! I got her in the end , hee hee! Nice race report and great job on your PR!!!

I just decided to take another easy day too, I was feeling bad about it until I read that you did the same thing...if Rhett is doing it, it must be right!

Glad your calves are feeling better. Can't wait to read about your quality run tomorrow!

Teena, very cool little gadget. Does it help.
Amber, Congrats on beating that other lady. She sure looked strong for the few miles I ran with her.
Smooth and Mack, calves are all better today. I had a great run. I need to blog it.
Kathie, I figured I better behave and not run hard until I was recovered. I want to do Boston at 100% this year. "Nothing stupid" is now my motto.
