What?? 20 min on the elliptical? I was expecting something along the lines of a 20 miler:) I Guess you are human after all.

Man alive ... I just read your yesterday's post as well as today's!!! Seriously Rhett ... you are the Fitness King!!! And 30 minutes jumproping ... that is serious business!!!

I just bought a 6 lb medicine ball today so that Ry and I can do the core work in this months RW. Have you used one? We use them at the clinic and they are AWESOME!!!

Nice job, Cap'n!

You are such a wimp with all this cross training. LOL! I'll be doing some calculs and differential equations on my run home tonight.

Teena, I've never tried the medicine ball thing. Let me know how it works for you. And, if you try that move where you put the ball between your feet and jump to throw the ball with your feet then land on 1 foot, video it. :) I was trying to imagine that when I read it in RW and thought that it sounded like an accident waiting to happen.

Rhett --

We LOVED the medicine ball. And yes, we did the exercise you are speaking of. We were laughing SO SO SO hard!!! We would try and land in the Karate Kid position ... you know that one I am talking about, right? I think he was standing on some sort of pole or stump or something when he did it. Anyway ... we had a good time. Our first several efforts were pretty scary though ... it took a while to get the hang of it! :)
