So far I can't tell any side effects of the roids accept that I've been more hungry than usuall and have therefore eaten more than normal. I foot feels about the same. I won't really know until I run on it tomorrow night. I think I will wear my heavier cushioned shoes with the orthotics and I bet I'll be fine. I hate to race in those shoes those, they make me slow.

Seriously, I hope you foot feels better for your test run.
I am glad to see you are still going to race. Take it easy... remember you goal is Boston. You could always run with me I will totally slow you down! On second though that is not a good idea at all I remember what happend when I tried to run with Andy!
