Weight training heavy upper body, light lower body. Followed by 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer.
Foot is a bit tender today, but not bad. I am excited to see the podiatrist tomorrow and get my new orthodics.

Burt, I'm sure the heat here as about the same as it is there. Well maybe a few degrees hotter. This morning it was only 78 degrees when I got up. It was almost frigid out. I loved it.
Marc, I'm hopin the comeback has begun. It is going to be a slow process though.
Teena, keep reminding me...slow and steady. I really wanted to run fast this morning, but I keep replaying your advice in my head, slow and steady, and so far I have been good.
