Wow, slept in and gained half a pound. Glad to see that even the elites can have a little bit of adversity come into their life. =)

Hey Rhett, nice workout.

I am officially joining the healthy eating bandwagon. I'm disgusted with how much weight I have gained over the past year.

From Rhett on Fri, Oct 15, 2010 at 14:14:45 from 184.10.154.226

Mack, I could believe it when I woke up and the clock said 6:55. I guess I am now back off Florida time and back on AZ time.

Dale, great. We can all keep each other motivated. I'm trying to stick with real foods (nothing processed), no refined sugar, and lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, and low fat organic dairy.

I slept in too! Nice work out.

I have given up on the two a day work outs. I can't bring myself to take two showers a day.

NICE workouts this week. I like your easy run in FiveFingers. Did you run on pavment? How do you like them?

GOOD JOB on the healthy eating! Keep it up...at least 'till Belize!

Rhett, I think I'm going to ease into the diet like yours. I am not disciplined at all to make the complete switch all at once, but I will do my best to eat better like I did last year. I was constantly thinking about the right way to eat and it worked.

From Rhett on Sat, Oct 16, 2010 at 11:18:23 from 184.10.154.226

Smooth, yep I ran on pavement in the vibrams. This is the first time I have done that, but I really liked it. I have found that if I wear my injini socks with them, they are a lot more comfortable. I'm not sure if I'll ever run very far in them, but for short easy runs they are fun, and work different muscles and tendons. It's a nice change of pace.

Teena, thanks. :)

Dale, I find that I am an all or nothing healthy eater. If I'm going to do it, it is easier for me to be 100% at it than 90% at it. You gotta do what works for you though.
