No class today? Looks like a good cross training day.

Kathie, I have to build into it slowly. I think I will only do the class on Tuesdays for a while.

I want to start doing a class but I am so so so scared! I always get nervous when I try something new. But because of the support of the people on this blog I have tried, aqua jogging, SWIMMING, and the arc trainer!!! For that I will always be grateful!!!
So ... I must have missed it. What class did you start? Did you like it? Was it scary? Did you mess up or did you breeze through?
You are so GREAT!!!!

Teena, read my Tuesday post. I did the class and it was fun, but I was the only guy in there so it was a bit intimedating. Luckily there wasn't any dance type moves. It was mostly core training. It was funny. After the class I had 3 different guys come up to me and ask me about it. They all said they had been wanting to try it, but were too nervous since it was all girls.

Okay ... I am going to totally do it. I need to call the gym and see if I have to bring any of my own equipment. Here is the description of the class I want to take:
Power Pump - Incorporates the science of resistance training through the use of a variable weight barbell. It is the perfect union of muscle and music.
What do you think?
(You are quite brave!)

Do it Teena, it'll be fun.
I doubt you need to bring anything accept a water bottle and maybe a hand towel.
