I felt very comfortable at this speed and considered going faster, but with the half marathon this Sat., I decided to keep it at 11mph.  Next time I do this work out I'll probably pick it up some.

so what is the goal for the 1/2 this weekend? 1:20?

From Rhett on Wed, Jan 20, 2010 at 12:39:46 from 74.41.249.102

No specific goal time. I would be disappointed if I wasn't under 1:30, but I just plan on starting with a conservative pace and then going from there.

1:30 - due, you'll blow that out of the water

Ok so you are saying even minute number 20 felt great? You are a rock star!!!!!

From Rhett on Wed, Jan 20, 2010 at 13:23:19 from 74.41.249.102

I'm not saying repeat # 20 felt great, but it felt a lot better than it did when I did the same workout 3 weeks ago and I definitely good have done it faster.

My jaw literally dropped!!! 11mph? That is such a tough workout and I struggled doing 8.5 or 9 (can not even remember what I did). You are so speedy! IMPRESSIVE!!!! I bet everyone just stares at you in sheer awe.

Nice run Rhett. I am going to have to try that 20x1 thing. I think though that I will probably go at a slightly slower speed :)

From Smooth on Wed, Jan 20, 2010 at 23:04:13 from 174.23.232.65

WOW!!! SO IMPRESSIVELY SPEEDY!!! You will do SOOOOOO AWESOME on Sat! :)

From Teena Marie on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 00:04:32 from 174.52.45.85

Your gym is going to be so ticked when you break their treadmill!!! :)

(Did they ever replace the Arc Trainer?)

Seriously ... I am just shaking my head right now. Nicely done!
