Sorry to hear the foot still hurts. May be during this recovery week, it's okay to do the Arc Trainer and let the tendon/muscle/nerve heal a bit? Sending healing vibes your way.
Thanks Smooth. I think I am going to do easy runs all week and wear my orthodics. I'm sure it will start to get better soon. If not, I'll just learn to deal with the pain at least until Boston.

Thanks Paul. I think it was a good thing for me, maybe not as a runner but as a person. I think I was focusing way too much of my time and attention to running and I needed a wake up call. It has really helped me sit down and realize what my priorities should be and refocus on the things that are really important. Hopefully I will still be able to keep up on improving my running, but if not, there are more important things in life.
