Nice easy day today. I was suprised how good my legs felt after yesterday's mile repeats and considered doning something harder... for about 3 seconds, and then decided to keep with the easy workout plan.

I need more ideas about a costume for my 5k on Sat. So far on the forum, I've only got the idea to dress as a girl. I'm just not sure if I'm in touch with my femanine side enough to go there. |
