Another amazing morning: 57 degrees and no wind.  I was about half way through my run when the sun came up over the mountains.  I love being out on a run at that time of the day. It always seems so peaceful.  I especially love seeing the sun starting to shine on the lake.

Anyways, I did the Jamaica Loop which has about a 500 to 600 foot climb for the first 3.5 miles and then a nice desent of that same about for the last 6.5 miles.  I ran the first 3.5 conservatively so I'd have energy to enjoy the downhill.  I averaged 6:49 for the last 6 miles, which of course was gravity aided, but still was fun.

Total run: 10 miles, 1:13:18, AP 7:20

Sounds like a beautiful run! Sure puts a smile on my face to hear you're able to get out for a nice peaceful mountain run!
