Rhett, I'm not sure what that means, but that happens to me after marathons. I notice myself breathing heavily several hours after I have finished. Let me know if you find anything out.

Probably not the same thing you are experiencing but after a very hard effort in a race, sometimes I feel like I can't take a deep, full breath. Sometimes I feel that way for as long as an hour or so after.

Burt, Dale and Mack, it was a bit weird. I had been planning on going a full 40 minutes, but at the 30 minute mark I felt like I was starting to hyperventilate, so I stopped and cooled down with an easy elliptical. I think I may have just pushed my cardio system a bit too hard compared to what I have been doing the past few months. Soon after posting my blog I started to feel normal again.
