20 minutes upright stationary bike

20 minutes elliptical

20 minutes recumbant stationary bike

That was my first elliptical work in a couple months.  The tibia felt perfectlly fine.  I decided to only do 20 minutes so I wouldn't overdo it.  If it feels fine tomorrow morning, I'ii do a longer elliptical workout on Thursday.

NICE 60 min xtrain! SMART to stay on the cautionary side! You are so patient!

Is Doone doing the Pocatello marathon? we are thinking about doing the half and would love to cheer her in!

Kathie,

Yes, Doone is doing the Pocatello marathon. I am actually signed up for it too, but for obvoious reasons won't be running the full. I'm still holding out hope to run the half though. It would be fun to see you there. Who is "we"? And how is that leg feeling today?

Sounds like you are almost fully recovered.

Great job on playing it safe and erroring on caution. Ramp it up nice and easy bro. Awesome workout.

Tim, it will be 8 weeks since my last run on Sat. The doc told me 6 months without running. If everything keeps going as planned, I'll probably give it an easy test run in a couple weeks and see how it goes. 6 months/ 10 weeks... it's all about the same, right?

From timp on Wed, Jul 28, 2010 at 19:27:50 from 136.182.2.25

I like your math, Rhett

From Kathie on Wed, Jul 28, 2010 at 19:51:08 from 63.248.105.188

Rhett - The "we" is my sisters Kimmy and Cristy. The leg is really good until I run and then it hurts as if I have not rested at all...not sure what to do at this point.

From Doone on Thu, Jul 29, 2010 at 13:10:17 from 74.36.34.151

I am impressed that you have been as disciplined as you have been. I am confident you are about to be complete healed. Then, I can be your coach and send you out on long, hard, HOT runs!!!!
