1 hour elliptical

Leg is feeling pretty good today.  I can still feel the strain, but no pain with walking or elliptical.  I'm going to try and run with Doone tomorrow.  I'll keep myself on a short leash though.

Good luck with the run...hope it is pain free :)!

I hope you can make it on the run with me. It is way more fun to have someone to talk with (especially someone who is so cute:).

I'm so happy to hear there's no pain w/ all the xtraining and walking. Hope you have no pain running tomorrow!

Doone will definitely need to put a short leash on her cute hubby! :)

Hey there Rhett. I hope you read this before you go to church. Here are my thoughts ... you are the HP Group leader ... so ... maybe you should forego the normal lesson (it's 5th Sunday anyways) and have some sort of "Let's Heal Rhett" ceremony. :)

I really hope you are not too frustrated and/or going crazy.

Hang in there.

Kimmy, good to hear from you. How are you doing? Are you planning on any races any time soon?

Teena, I thought about that, but decided it probably wasn't appropriate. :) I caught the flu bug yesterday that Tally had earlier in the week, so I'm home playing on the computer instead of being at church anyways. I'm really doing better with the injury thing this time around, but the closer it gets to UVM, the more my hopes of running it are diminished. I really thought yesterday's run was going to go much better than it did.
