Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Early morning run of 2.5 mi. Cooper is starting to do better with my departures but he still has moments. I'm running short routes so I can go back and listen for barking or loud whining. This works out well because my running endurance is lacking.
Early morning easy miles. Did a couple short loops to start off so I could check on Cooper to make sure he wasn't barking or howling. He's slowly getting better but really having a hard time adjusting to new environment.
