Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Morning 8 mi, legs a little sore but felt really solid.
Morning 8 miles, great weather. Ran in less supportive Altra shoes and my dogs are a barking! A lighter shoe that forces me to pay closer attention to my form.
Morning run 12 mi. Throught I was going to crash at some point because it was a sweat fest with the humidity, but somehow kept it stable. Next time will pack carbs and water.
