Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Strength training for 56 minutes in the afternoon.
Morning outdoor run. Right knee tendonitis and adductor strain flared up from squats yesterday. I keep forgetting to keep myself in check with the heavy or intense weight lifting.
Outdoor run on a pleasant morning. I forgot it was Good Friday which made me a bit sad. I've been emotional lately. I miss my relatives and my best friend who've all passed.
