Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.
Nice easy run outside, 60 deg afternoon. Feeling kind of creaky at first. Enjoying the winter Olympics during my free time. Feels like it's the most sane thing in the world right now.
Morning run on the treadmill as it's cold outside again. Sleep was below average last night. I've been waking up with anxious thoughts over the past several months and all the wind outside last night made it harder to sleep.
Morning run outside. Slightly slower pace than usual as I tried to keep it very easy. Legs felt better the last couple of miles compared to the run last Saturday.
