Began running  again in 2009 to maintain my weight.  I happened on to this blog about the same time and have been reading  fairly regularly.  If you've written a race report, I've read it.  Thanks for the insight.

Just enough to round out an even 1200 miles for the year. Probably didn't log all the miles I put in this year but I like leaving it at an nice even number. Perhaps I should shoot for a higher number next year.

Back on the treadmill at the gym after work. Started fairly slow and just increased the incline until I got to 8. Decided to see how steep the machine would go. Got all the way up to 15!! That didn't last very long. Then backed the incline off while increasing the speed.

Cedar River Trail with the running group. Longest run since Tri-Cities. This one hurt a little. Really ran out of gas near the end.
