6 x 800: target 2:45-2:50 per interval with 400 recoveries
intervals 2:42, 2:43, 2:48, 2:45, 2:50, 2:50 average 2:46 recovery 1.9 to work in five fingers. Then Allie continued her big workout by running another five or so while I wimped out and went to work.
