Tubing the narrows. That's a blast on a hot day when the river is high. That stretch of road down through the narrows along oneida reservoir and then the bear river is part of my favorite mountain bike loop. Usually zero traffic in the mornings.

Allie, thanks, I was dragging today though on the run. I'll try to do 13 tomorrow if I can...

Dave, the river was running high, it was a good day to tube. There were a surprising number of people up there, keeps getting more popular, of course 15 years ago it was a well kept secret but no more. The hardest part was holding my 8 year old twins together on their tubes along with me so they didn't get separated and strung out on their own. I'll be pretty sad if they dam up that stretch, it is sure a nice area. A nice perk you have living in Preston, certainly a great mountain bile loop!

There was some kind of runners relay going on along 91 and then along the 36/34, I think it was going to Jackson, quite a few runners and aid stations, any idea what that was?

It's the Cache-Teton relay.

Jon, thanks, never knew about that, looks like there was a good turnout from the number of runners i saw.
