two mile warm up @7:22. then 3 miles at 6:31. then 2.2 at 7:24. trying to get the feel for maintaining a 6:30-6:40 pace since all I have been doing is 5K and 10K races at 6:00-6:10, and intervals, and easy stuff. Now if I can just maintain that 6:31 for 23.2 more miles..... |
