3 miles!!!!! foot hurts so I am just going to run slooow and eeeassy and work back into it sllloooowwww and easy. I  have to get in good enough shape to try to keep up with Allie in the riverton half end of March. this could be out of reach but I will try.

I just hope we don't have the wind that we had last year. I don't think I will win (unless all the fast guys decide to stay home)but I plan to do my best effort to get a low 1:20.

I think Walter owns this race. I think a low 1:20 is definitely in the works for you though. the wind- that just makes it fun!!
