Hour bike, hips were hella sore from running in the snow yesterday.

Tread, it was like four out with 25mph winds.

Bike workout in the morning, 3 on 2 off eight intervals with a few 1 on 1 off intervals at the end. All minutes btdubs.

Little more intense run then jumped on the bike for about an hour the 4 3 2 1 by three intervals.

Long Chestnut Ridge route, around seven in I stopped to help get a car unstuck from the snowbank. Stopped at the casino for a drink then did the second half. Went from a mix to snow when I got a little higher then back to rain as I started the second half.
