I read there are like 600 entrants. You better either get out in 59 for the first quarter, or be ready to pass a lot of people!

Ask Solinski how his hamstring is feeling during warmups... get in his head a little.
Remind Teg that he's more of a 5K guy.
You probably can't beat Derrick, so I don't have any advice on how to approach that situation.
