Last real workout, 6.2 easy up to Chestnut Ridge then 8 at or faster than MP then .8 easy. Heading to Florida tomorrow to do some Pre-Boston heat acclimitization.

That's a good plan young man. My friend Dick Beardsley spent a lot of time in Atlanta ahead of his shootout with that Salazar punk at Boston.
The only way to race in the heat is to train in the heat and the new reality is that Boston in April is a warm weather race.

Salt Lake is in the 70s so we are getting our share. Current accuweather Boston prediction is 52 high 46 low. It could be sweet.
