I did 60 minutes on the hand-bike. I noticed a lot of people around me on the treadmills, bikes, etc. that never broke a sweat... maybe I'm working too hard at this :)

Nah--I'm sure they were reading while running or biking. I wouldn't worry about it. Plus I heard the more fit you are the quicker you are to sweat. I don't know if that is true but it sounds good doesn't it?

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing- most of them just kind of move their legs and go through the motions, but don't really sweat or get their heartrate up. Why spend the time if you're not going to work hard?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but I guess everybody has their own reasons for working out even if it doesn't look like work :)

I'm hanging in there. I can bear a little weight on my leg now, but not quite enough to lose the crutches yet. I'm trying to get as much time in as possible on the hand-bike and next week I might graduate to a regular stationary bike if I keep the resistance very low.
