Makes for a nice progression run!

Yes...nice progression. My mile times are always all over the place with the hill I have to run. I'd like to find some nice flat road to run on some time.

I didn't really plan it that way, it just worked out. After doing intervals yesterday this whole run felt pretty easy except for the last mile.

good run - it's a great to feel stronger with each progressive mile.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, May 16, 2012 at 09:41:29 from 141.0.9.136

IJR - There actually a couple good size hills on this one. I just added a link to the course tool for this route. I think it's kind of fun to go after even pacing on a hilly course. The intervals I did yesterday were all back and forth on a flat almost straight 1 mile stretch across the park. The next best thing to a track I guess.

Haven't been on in weeks and you are still pumping out your 10 fast miles just about every day. I want to be you!

Steam - Only 2 runs this week, I wouldn't call that every day. How is your knee feeling? Did you get that sweet bike yet?

From Steam8 on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 11:20:24 from 166.70.55.77

My hub got me one for Mother's Day. It is pretty sweet. Not 400,000 dollar sweet, but close enough! ha!
