Still feeling sick and both ankles were really stiff and sore today, I hope it is just another symptom of this bug I got. Cardio-wise this was a really easy effort, but my legs were not happy.

Yeah, looks like a tempo day for me. Our definitions of easy are so not the same. At least there is one mile in the 8's to make the rest of us feel semi-normal.
