Re-injured my right calf today, very painful. Had to turn back at about the 2 mile mark and ended up run-walking just to make it home. Iced it when I finally made it home, but I have not found much relief. I have been limping all day and it is painful, My brother-inlaw is a physical therapist and has advised me to take 4 to 5 days off. I can do the eliptical glider but no impact training, hopefully I can get it healed up before the New Year is upon us so I can really start training again, we will see. Merry Christmas to all. |
