I just can't seem to get motivated! I wake to go on my run and I talk myself out of it, never had this problem before. I wonder if theres a bigger issue here??? Or is it just laziness??? I just don't know... I will see what I can do for this evening and try and get out there and get her done;-) I know I'm pretty pathedic!!!

I was able to talk myself into a run this morning instead of talking myself out of a run;-) Ran the Payson loop today, just ran nice and easy, average pace was 9:10 and the HR rate was high at 152, total time was 36:52. After returning home I hopped on the elliptical for 25 minutes and then finished up with some strength training on my upper body. I felt good about myself getting out this morning and I hope that I can continue with the good vibes, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Later.

I came home from work and decided to go for a run, it was so nice outside with the sun shinning I just couldn't resist... It was probably one the best runs I've had in about 5 months my legs seemed to be in a good rhythm throughout the run and I was able to keep the average pace under 8:25 for the entire run, I haven't been able to do that in a long, long time. I really have no business feeling this could considering how lazy I have been lately, but it does give me some hope for the future. Its still slow compared to some but for me it was a major break through, and I can't help but get excited about it, but only for a minute;-) Average pace was 8:24 with my heart rate average at 158, way high I know but it felt good. Total time was 43:53, after the run I finished up with 20 minutes on the elliptical and then some squats and leg raises.

See ya tomorrow.

I woke up late as I really didn't have anything going this morning so I took advantage and slept in. My goal today was to make it out to Mini GU corner which I haven't done in a long time, I was able to reach that goal and then once I returned home I tacked on another mile around my house. I felt pretty good again today but the pace was a little slower than it was on Thursday, but thats okay;-) After the run I hopped on the elliptical for 30 minutes and then I finished up with some strength training on my upper body and some push-ups. I feel like I need to start adding a few more days of running just to get more benefit from the extra miles, so I will try that next, adding in a few more days of running and see how that goes. Average pace  for the 7 miles was 8:43 with my HR average at 146 (Better) total time was 1:01:06...

See ya on Monday.
