| I took off work around 12:30 and then went out for a run out to mini Gu again via canal road, my legs, mainly my butt are still having a hard time recovering from the marathon.... I don't have any pep back in them yet either but I'm sure that will come back as I continue to recover. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 54:07, after the run I jumped on the elliptical for 40 minutes to see if that would help loosen up the stiffness and get things going again, no resistance just riding the bike so to speak.... I don't have any stiffness when I'm walking around its just when I go to run. It was a good workout.

| I ran just as the sun was going down this evening, what a beautiful day it was today. I ran out towards Payson via canal road, I'm still feeling like my legs are a couple of heavy logs that I'm lugging around but other than that it was alright. My average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 46:36, the last mile or so I was able to get into a pretty good rhythm so that was good but the rest of it was a little tough.

| I ran out towards Mini Gu but stopped a half mile short and then back to the house via canal road. I still just have no energy and I'm just kind of going through the motions, but I'm proud of myself for not making excuses not to run and just go out and get it done. My average pace was 8:53 with a total time of 45:37, it was a nice day but the cool down is coming, it will feel nice.

| I ran out to Gu Corner via canal road, the wind was blowing 40 MPH plus, it was the toughest run that I have every had to do... My legs were dead and then the wind pounding in your face the whole way made for some super tough conditions. I was going to cut the run short because of the wind but when I got back to the house it was pretty tolerable so I tacked on a couple more miles around the house. My average pace was super slow at 9:17 with a total time of 1:33:57, I'm really proud of myself for not giving up on this run and just gutting it out.
