I have a couple of weeks of not very good running, but today I was able to get back out and it felt good even though my body was not feeling the best. My back cooperated for the most part and my Hamstring was like it has been, sore, but I was able to get a run done. My average pace was not to bad at 8:45 with a total time of 1:11:11, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.
