I finally was able to get in a run for this week and I made myself pay for it. I ran the Mailbox route via harry's hill, I dropped my son Ethan off at soccer practice at the ball diamonds and then ran from there, its a 7 mile square route. I felt okay running up Harry's but when I started to hit the downhill after the mailboxes I was starting to feel it. After the run I headed for home and jumped on the elliptical for 10 minutes at a moderate pace and then I did my usual upper body strength training and then some push-ups. I deserve to feel like crap for being so lazy this week, average pace was 8:15 with my HR average at 156, total time was 57:47. See ya tomorrow.
