Up at 6am and then out the door, I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road I felt a little better than yesterday but I still had the unsettled stomach and at times it wasn't fun, It was better than yesterday so that is a plus. My average pace was a little better than yesterday too at 8:30 with a total time of 52:01, after the run I did my lower body weight training; leg presses, squats, calf raises and one legged leg raises. I hope I feel better tomorrow stomach wise, I hate feeling like that in the mornings! See ya tomorrow.
