Just a nice little run out past the old barn this morning, I wanted to simulate starting the race on Saturday and just try the pace that I want to start out with so my first mile was 8:15 and then the second mile was 7:55. They both felt really sustainable and comfortable and I think my legs are starting to come around, I think with a little more of a taper this week and I should be good to go! I think tomorrow I'll run about the same mileage as today but the pace will be real real easy, I might even walk a little. My average pace this morning was 8:13 and my total time was 25:17, after the run I did my upper body weight training, real light and then finished with some push-ups. See ya tomorrow
