It is lite day Friday so I usually take it pretty easy and my goal is to usually run 3 to 4 miles depending on how I'm feeling and such. I ran out towards Payson via canal road, pace was way easy at 8:41 with a total time of 35:16, after the run I did some lite upper body weight training and then some push-ups. My legs were still pretty sore from Wednesday, mainly on the inside of my thighs, just really stiff and sore, hopefully tomorrow they will be feeling better. See ya tomorrow.
