I ran some on y own and then I ran with Cindie for another 1.20, I'm really proud of her for taking the plunge and running she ran really well. On my run my average pace was 8:51 with a total time of 29:06, I'm in Arizona with my wife for a few days so we are enjoying the beautiful weather.
