I ran out to Gu Corner and then back to the house, I did not feel good at all and the last few miles were a death march but at least I got out and got her done. It was still a good week of running and that is the end goal. My average pace was slow at 8:52 with a total time of 1:12:09, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some leg presses.
