I ran the Payson Park Loop today but I cut out the rollers, legs are still very dead and I had a hard time mustering a 8:50 pace but I did my best. Average pace was 8:53 with a total time of 55:21 I did some upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I really don't know what is up with my pace but I just can't seem to get my legs to go, they feel like heavy logs of cement and its not real fun, I hope this will eventually get better.
