I did a recovery run today, 2.5 mile split was 23:00 minutes finish time was 45:52. Strength trained for 30 minutes with the bowflex, upper body only. I felt pretty good today, yesterday seemed better. The course was flat with one hill that had a 6% grade, length of hill was .2 mile. Next week I hope to but a little more hill work into my workout, I am still trying to get my legs under me since my vacation. |
