Late night workout after work, 30 minutes elliptical and 1.25 miles on the treadmill. My hip felt okay, no pain but is a little sore as I write this. My brother-in-law the PT gave me some stretches to do to help my hip get better, I guess its my IT band that is giving me the problems, which is what thought so I will start to work it a little bit and then continue with the stretching and the stiff foam roller to help loosen... I will see how it goes this week and then see how I feel and go from there. See ya tomorrow.
