I ran out to Mini Gu and back, all via canal road. I felt pretty good on the way out but then after mile 4 it was a major death march the rest of the way, it was brutal! I don't know what that was about but maybe the old were just tired. My average pace was slow at 8:58 with a total time of 54:32, I'm glad I was able to get her done.
