30 minutes on the elliptical and then 3.12 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes. I then did my strength training on my lower body, 2 sets of each exercise, I'm starting to sound like a broken record... I might try and go outside tomorrow for my run or I might just do the elliptical and call it a day, I'll have to see how I feel. The headaches have seemed to subsided so that is a good thing, now if I could just get rid of the extra 10 pound that I'm hauling around I would be a happy camper. I still have some pain on my right side in the upper hip and groin area but it doesn't seem to bother when I am on the elliptical and it is barley noticeable on the treadmill so I will just go with it for now.

See ya tomorrow.

Broken record = consistent. Just keep plugging away with what you can do. When you get all healed up you will be ready to go again.

Clay, stay consistent, I would only do exercises that do not aggrevate, time to get healthy, we can have a biggest loser contest aftr the holidays.
