Still resting my foot, and it seems to be on the mend but I will wait until I feel confident that it is well on its way to recovery before I start to run again. No cross training either as that seems to bother it as well, I am continuing to message with a tennis ball and then icing as much as I can possible stand. I'm going a little bit nuts sleeping in more than usual and I can't wait until I can get back on the training wagon, its been pretty tough laying off but its something that I feel I need to do. My hip and groin seem to be feeling really good, so that is a real good sign so if I can just hang in there and not go to crazy I should be in good shape in another week, hopefully. |
