No running today, my foot is extremely sore so I am taking the day off, as far as tomorrow goes I will have to play it by ear... My brother-in-Law wants to give me a shot to get it better but I am not to excited about that so I am holding off! He is a Podiatrist but I hate needle's and I am basically a wimp so I will use that as a last resort, which could be pretty quick considering how things are going;-(

Sorry to hear about the foot Clay. I hope you get feeling better soon. I have had great success with cortisone shots in the foot but they do hurt..... a little.
