I ran out to Mini GU Corner and then back to the house. I didn't eat much yesterday as I was having GI issues all day and my legs were just dead after 5 miles or so, I guess I should have had dinner... My average pace was 8:58 with my total time at 1:12:20 and my HR average was at 136, I was hoping that my legs would be feeling better at this point but they are not. I will take it real easy this next week with a little running the first part of the week but nothing long, maybe 2 miles tops just to keep the legs loose. I'm sure their feeling bad today cuz of the lack of food yesterday, I just have to trust that they will regain there strength by Saturday. See ya Monday.
